With the continuing growth of our business not only in numbers of clients but also in the increasing complexity of their needs we continually strive to improve the quality of our services. The growth in the number of listed companies we count amongst our clients ensures that we are ever aware of the need of making certain that reporting deadlines are met in accordance with corporate and statutory requirements. With these factors in mind we have leased an established client administration system named ERP system (MBAnywhere) and are working with the software programming company in order to ensure the system fully integrates with our existing client administration structure. The enhanced ERP system (MBAnywhere) will provide us with all of the functions presently available with our proprietary Client File Management System (CFMS) and Cheng & Cheng Limited is the expert consultant for the ERP system (MBAnywhere) as well as providing us with additional features to enable us to grow along with our clients.
