 Director - CHENG Hong Kei, Andrew Andrew Cheng is a co-founding director of Cheng & Cheng Limited. With 30 years experience within the taxation and accounting fields, Andrew is able to offer his clients accurate, knowledge-based services. Prior to establishing this accounting business Andrew gained many years of invaluable experience, first working in an international accounting firm in Hong Kong, PricewaterhouseCoopers; and afterwards working as an Assessor for the Inland Revenue Department (IRD). It was especially the 12-years' experience within the Profits Tax and Investigation divisions that enabled Andrew to become an expert in taxation services. After leaving the IRD in 1988 Andrew worked as a Manager and Associate for local professional accounting firms Messrs. S. H. Leung & Company and Ho Tak Sang and Company for the next 3 years. This along with his IRD experience provided Andrew with the knowledge and desire to establish his own company with his brother in 1991. In addition to offering expert advice and service within the taxation field, Andrew's specialties include auditing, tax planning, tax investigation, field audit cases and private consultations.
