 Director - CHENG Hong Cheung, Francis Francis Cheng is also a co-founding director of Cheng & Cheng Limited. Francis draws his superior knowledge of auditing from his 4 years' experience working as a Senior Accountant for Kwan Wong Tan and Fong. This company later merged with "Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu". Francis' work involved developing a Chinese audit team, auditing listed companies and establishing joint ventures within China. It was here that he developed his expertise in auditing. Francis gained additional responsibility and knowledge as an Audit Manager for H.C. Ho and Company in 1990. In 1991, Francis joined his brother, Andrew, to establish their own accounting firm. Francis offers clients his expert knowledge in audits and commercial matters. He also provides consultation services related to IPOs in Hong Kong, China investments and operations.
