 Director - Li Wing Sum, Steven Steven Li is the newest addition to the Cheng & Cheng Limited board of directors. Steven has over 30 years' experience in auditing, accounting, corporate secretarial, taxation and financial management. He started his professional career with "PricewaterhouseCoopers". He joined a local medium-sized professional accounting firm, then took up a senior position with the locally listed company. Later on he became the financial controller of the locally subsidiary of a multi-national company. Steven has a wealth of experience in the business field. In 1997, he returned to the professional field by joining a small to medium size audit firm and in 2000 commenced his own practice until merging with Cheng & Cheng Limited. He also holds executive and senior posts in listed companies in Hong Kong. With substantial experience in the industrial and commercial field, in addition to the traditional professional services, Steven also provides our clients with valuable services in business solution and corporate governance; pre-IPO due diligence and listing rules compliance advisory services. He is a fellow member respectively of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.
