Job duties – Company Secretarial Clerk/ General Clerk

 

  • Assist in a full range of company secretarial matters for clients
  • Responsible for preparing company secretarial documents, including annual returns and maintenance of corporate records
  • Handle company incorporation with different jurisdictions
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements – Company Secretarial Clerk/ General Clerk

 

  • Diploma holder or a related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge of CSA is an advantage
  • Basic command of English and Chinese
