[Human Resources ~ Full-time/Part-time/Interns]


Job duties – Assistant HR Officer/ Senior Officer


  • Provide support to HR department for full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, staff relations, and other personnel related issue
  • Assist in preparing recruitment advertisement, screen applications, conduct interviews and make employment offer
  • Monitor daily attendance and prepare monthly attendance report 
  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures, employee handbook and ensure all practices are aligned internally and complied with labor laws
  • Assist in advising and counseling team managers and employees on staff related matters
  • Prepare reports, maintain staff record in HR system including CPD training record and professional records
  • Participate in HR ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned


Requirements – Assistant HR Officer/ Senior Officer


  • Degree holder in human resources, business, or other related disciplines
  • At least 3 years experiences in related field, including at least 1 year in managerial position for senior position
  • Well versed in HKSAR Employment Ordinance and other related legislation and practice
  • Highly motivated and independent
  • Good team player with sound interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with staff, managers and management
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese is essential
  • Well-organized and attentive to details
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
